Doug Pleus was born and raised in the Midwest, after graduating from Eastern Illinois University he moved to the Tampa Bay area to be closer to family. Doug is an avid boater and motorcycle enthusiast. Doug has over seventeen years of advertising and multimedia marketing experience, having helped hundreds of  businesses from small independently owned to large corporations increase their bottom line.

Shaun Drees

Shaun Drees is highly experienced in both print design, web design and evaluating photography for print reproduction. Shaun has developed brand and corporate identities, websites, advertisements, annual reports and sales materials for clients such as Dillard’s and Saks. Shaun’s specialities also include editorial designs and illustrations. His role as Art Director and Production Manager has resulted in our publications reaching those not just locally, but nationally.

With over twenty years of experience in design and almost seventeen years in marketing at the University of South Florida, Jason’s talent and connections are an asset. He is active in the West Pasco and Dunedin Chambers of commerce on behalf of Panache, and serves as our “Community Ambassador.” He enjoys blogging about design and technology, and continues to serve clients and the community through his design business.

She is the seldom-seen voice that shares many of the timely updates, upcoming events, photos, and news from Panache. She has over 20 years of experience in retail, management, and customer service. She is very active in web trends and the online experience, also writing personal blogs about crafting, Walt Disney World, cooking/dining, pets, local events, and other topics.
